Hello again D&K Customers, Friends and Family,
Last week was productive again more so behind the scenes. We had some change orders to turn in to the insurance company so we can proceed with construction. This is a normal "thing" with a large project like this.
Because we live in California we need an engineer to tell us how much concrete to poor for each of the pads for the racks to be installed (in case of an earthquake). This takes time of course. Yes, we did have racks in there before, but building codes have changed over the years.
Paul, Doug and I met as usual last week to improve your overall customer experience. We only met once last week because Paul went on a fishing trip with his daughter!
As some of you know, the phones have been forwarded to Paul. Unfortunately, due to the construction, we were unable to transfer the phones to me or Doug while Paul was out. So if you called and didn't get an answer, that is why. Paul will be back tomorrow to help you with any of your needs.
