Waiting to get in took a while. Two weeks. When I did get in for evaluation of my poor running air conditioner, service was great, thorough inspection of my entire vehicle for my informational purposes as well as diagnosis of my AC problem. They explained everything in terms I could understand and no pressure when I declined the work needed due to the $3000 estimate.

I haven’t heard of D&K Auto Repair before as I normally bring my car to the dealership. It was actually the service advisor that highly recommended them to me. I’m glad I followed his advice. Upon entering the office, I noticed how clean and organized the place is. I said to myself my car will be in good hands. And Angel, the D&K service advisor was already expecting me so I was attended to almost immediately. I told him my car issue and he had it scheduled for diagnostics and that they’ll will also perform free comprehensive inspection. Left my car in the shop and was offered a complimentary ride home, which was a big plus. Although it took some few days I got my car on the day I was promised, with the primary car problem fixed and other issues that needed immediate attention taken care of as well. Am very satisfied with the service done and the attention and professionalism of Angel. He communicated and updated me on status of the car and offered me some advice and recommendations on the car. D&K will now be my preferred choice for auto repair. Thank you!

Bill, super nice dude assisted my needs in very professional manner, he called my me Mr, and i asked Bill why he called me Mr A, he said only few gets that acknowledgement, my vehicle is in good hands for other repairs as I was approved for Easy Pay, thanks Bill for the advising me to apply to help pay for my future car repairs, BTW, my car is up and running.
