I have tried many different shops. This is the first one that communicated well with the customer. Didn't make you feel stupid for asking question. Looks like I found a new repair shop.

Always thorough, honest and help me plan the necessary maintenance that I will need for my car. I have gained a lot of trust for the owner of D&K Auto Repair. I have a 2003 Toyota Highlander which I purchased used in 2005. It has lots of miles on it, 218,543 to date and was purring as I left the shop on 10-2-18. More work is coming up, but I understand what needs, the costs and figure if I want to keep this car for a while more, I will put the money into until I can purchase my next and final auto that is environmentally and non-gas specific .
