I brought my 2014 VW Diesel Jetta into DK because I do not trust the VW Walnut Creek dealership I purchased the car from. The car had an engine light that had appeared directly after the mandated retro-fit for the exhaust system was done. I called VW , they had me come down to "check it out". The service advisor, saw someone he grabbed on his way out to check in my car, and came back in immediately, and advised it was only a "service light" and after the service the light would re-set and go off. DK not only identified the problem, they went an extra step to see if this engine light problem, was a known problem. They found from the VW corporate site , that is engine light is in fact a known problem and requires a $2000 fix which is covered under the VW emissions retrofit lawsuit. Now you tell me where do you want to take your car to really? so far the service has been fantastic.

I'd like to rate D&K with a higher rating than is allowed..... their customer service can't be beat. As a fairly new customer, I hoped that I would be happy here, but you can't be sure until the emergency comes up. They stepped up to the plate servicing me and making me feel comfortable with what was happening. On the first day I was there, I was impressed with the organization, cleanliness, and friendliness of the staff.......my first impression has only gotten better.
