Great customer service.

I bought a used car, but it would not drive straight. I took it back 3 times to the dealership, with no improvement. Car fax showed NO accidents. I was even told by the head mechanic, that all front wheel cars veer to the the right and is the norm. I brought it to and you found the problem right away. There was a big dent by the right tire that could not have been missed by the dealership. You are of quality character, because you took the time to explain in layman terms how the car was in an accident. You opened the hood and showed how all the hardware had been removed then re-installed. You even took the time to send pictures of the under car dent. Went back to the dealership with your professional findings and they immediately sold me another car with much apologies. Your the best for miles around. God Bless and Take Care.

I'm giving this a 4 1/2 star rating. I'm happy with the service, the friendliness of the staff, and the shop is clean as a whistle... very impressive. However waiting for my car to be serviced is uncomfortable. A few easy chairs or a couch, with a table to set the generous offering of coffee or water would be very appreciated.
