When we moved to Antioch in 1998, I took my Ford Expedition to the dealership for all maintenance needs. Most of you women out there know what I mean when I say that I was 'estrogen labeled' the second I walked in their door. The third time they tried to 'pull one over on me', I was outta there.Enter stage left, D & K. What a completely different and wonderful establishment!! Doug and Paul are both extremely knowledgable in their line of work, but even more beneficial to me is that they are talented with translating 'car talk' so that anyone could understand what problem they're facing and make an informed decision as to how to proceed. If the car doesn't need a repair, they tell you that. If your car does need a repair, they not only give you all the options mechanically possible, but understand that price will always matter to the customer and that that has to be part of the decision making process.I've been going to D&K for 15 years now. They kept my Expedition running smoothly for 14 of those years and are now starting over with my Yukon, Denali. They've become like brothers to me and put up with my quirkiness. If you want an honest, skilled and friendly group of guys to keep your car safe, I couldn't recommend a better establishment to take your vehicle to.
