I've taken my car in a few times now. The shop is spotless and the employees are so much more than that. On my recent trip I learned that my AC compressor was going out which, due to cost etc, basically rendered my car unfixable. I had to wait a little while, but they were so kind. We had nice conversation, even a couple of laughs. You know the saying, " it's not what people do, it's how they make you feel." They treated me with the utmost respect at all times. I had forgotten that I had asked them to fill my window wash. I was so touched when I got in my car and realized they had remembered. They go above and beyond, without deviation!
