I was greeted in a friendly way. My car taken in and the services performed when they said they would be performed. I was completely satisfied and will continue to use the services of D&K.

I took my vehicle to a Ford Dealership, their cost just for diagnostic testing was extremely high and they would not give me any information over the phone. I went to another repair shop in Antioch, CA and they could not find out what my problem was. A friend told me about D&K Automotive Repair and how happy they were. I called and spoke to Greg and right off he was explaining to me what my problem could be with no hesitation. He was very kind, knowledgeable and not pushy, I was sold and brought my car to their shop the following morning. I have never worked with a company that truely does not take advantage of a woman. They worked with me from the beginning and the prices were affordable. During the diagnostic period Greg called me and kept me informed about my vehicle, just as though it was a patient in a hospital having surgery. Greg went the extra mile and is an asset to this company. My vehicle was fixed that day and I picked it up by 5:00. I will return for any work that needs to be done on my vehicle and I would deeply recommend this company to anyone as they treat you like family. Their work ethics, customer service, cleanliness of their facility are SUPERB. This company deserves a much higher rating than a 5 star. If you are having car issues, call this company as you will not be disappointed. MY CAR RUNS GREAT AND I AM SOOOO HAPPY.

A year ago ( 2009) I needed some radiator work done in a hurry, so I called Dodge and got the run around, and then I called everyone else in the book and got the same answer. As I was buying some coolant at a part store, I just happen to mention the problem that I was having, A customer said have you tried D&K that is where he takes his car. D&k had my truck fixed the next day and called me the following day to make sure that everything was to my liking. This is the kind of customer service and performance that we all need, so from that date on, is were I take my truck and my Wife'S truck to be looked at and for every kind of repair.
