Sent the truck in for an A/C recharge. Dropped it off in the morning and Mike called me an Uber to get me to work instead of waiting on the courtesy shuttle, scored points with my boss cause I made it to work on time. Mike kept me updated on the progress and sent me a link to the vehicle inspection that was included for free. When I picked up truck he took the time to review the inspection with me and be aware of possible future problems and was able to give me an estimate to fix them if I care to do so at a later date.
