The customers service at this shop is excellent. They always explain clearly about the problem if something they can't fix and need to send to the car dealer they provide me with a full detail so I can call. All of the people are working here have a great customers service and doing a great repair. I'm glad to know this shop. Judy

They are doing good job but they took longer than expected.

Alternator was going out, time to replace. D & K replaced it three years ago and the part was "past warranty" however they still honored it by only charging labor and not on the replacement part. Not every repair shop would offer that-to retain customers. Thanks Doug and family for keeping our 2010 Venza running smoothly.
