It’s nice to find a shop that makes you feel welcome when you walk in. My son needed some diagnostics on a car he purchased and initially there was no charge, but we brought it back a few days later. The staff (thanks Bill) explained the troubleshooting process and called/text with findings and approvals for next steps. I truly appreciate the communication. My son’s vehicle was returned same day with a full printout of recommended maintenance going forward. Thank you for everything Justin A.

As always, D&K exceeded my expectations. Nothing was really wrong with my car--and they told me so. But my tires needed to be replaced. Do they do tires? No. Bill then coordinated with Big O to get new tires put on my car with just a simple phone call from me. They handled drop off and pick up around the maintenance they were doing. What a gift at this busy time of year! Plus I know I can TRUST D&K. They never sell me what I don't need. Friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, courteous, trustworthy. Been going there for 15 years and two cars. I think I'll keep going! I've never had bad service. Bill helped me this time and he was great.

The first greetings from the front desk, his name is Bill who is excellent in customer. I feel comfortable leaving my car in their to check out what is wrong with my car. They give me a complete break down of what needs to be done and the cost. When I needed to rent a car they called the rental place to pick me up so I can rent a car. I would be comfortable to refer them to this auto repair shop.

Truck is 3-4 years old. Punctured fuel tank some youngens tried siphoning fuel. Glad i found this shop if i have work to be done going fwd.
