The whole experience was positive. Everyone was really friendly and Mary was super helpful, made sure my car was taken care of in a timely manner and even managed all the sorting out of getting me a rental car so I wouldn’t be stranded while they keep my car for the weekend waiting for the part to come in. I initially had an appointment at the actual dealer and they were extremely rude so I cancelled with them and made an appointment here due to warranty and I’m very glad I did. Will definitely be coming back here in the future.

They serviced my air conditioning and aligned my power tailgate on my 2006 Lincoln Navigator. The lift gate wouldn't open or close by remote or interior button. They serviced and fixed the tailgate not over charging me! They also serviced my air conditioning unit and now everything works GREAT....

All around great team who is dedicated to the time and effort that is put into your vehicle. I wouldn't trust my car anywhere else. Very transparent and a stress free experience. Been a customer for a few years now and I'll always be coming back to D&K!
