I was greeted upon walking in the door. The staff are very professional and nice. It's a large shop, very organized and clean. The lobby/waiting area has a large screen TV, a very clean restroom, and most importantly for me was having wifi internet connection. While I waited for my vehicle to be serviced, i had my laptap with me and was easily able to connect. The internet speed was very good but I was just checking my emails, reading the news, and viewing a few YouTube videos. Not sure if the speed was fast enough to stream a movie. There is a long counter top with multiple high chairs in front of a large window where you can work on your computer and see into the service garage. They also have a courtesy shuttle if you need it. Initially, I wanted a cooling system flush, although I tested the coolant beforehand and knew it was still good. I explained my reasons and it was suggested that they do some test on the cooling system first. I decided to go with their recommendation and am glad I did. The fan clutch was found to be weak which made sense to me for the issues I was having with overheating. I will be doing the work myself to replace the fan clutch and I just paid for the tests they performed which was considerably less than the cooling system flush.
