They discuss the repairs with me, give me options, and have fair prices. There waiting area is spotless. They actually converse with me. I always come away feeling heard and respected. Service writer explained everything that would be done to car for pre-inspection and then we could discuss work going forward. Shop is exceptionally clean and organized. That’s always a good sign of a company that cares. Everyone I spoke to there was polite and friendly.

Bill was great at communicating the whole process snd DK even provided a Uber there and back while my car was being serviced. Bill was honest and only did what my car needed. Being a female a lot of mechanic shops try to play girls in services and charge for things we don’t need and this case I did not feel like that. My bf also got great car service from them before also I would recommend this shop and I will be coming back soon!
