I was very happy with the professionalism and cleanliness! My only complaint is on the side of my car the mechanic didn't clean were he was leaning over the side. There is a car wash two blocks away! When you spend $$$$$ a free car wash goes a long way. Over all this was a great experience and I will be spreading the word. Oh yeah! The shuttle was a great surprise, which was extra special

as a single woman it’s important to me to be listened to and taken seriously at the mechanic. Justin, Mike and my technician, Maverick, all are great about listening to and acting on my concerns and going that extra mile to ensure my car is safe for the road in all respect ms. they are extremely detailed and always willing to work within my budget according to priorities. i’m so thrilled i found them and as long as i’m in the east bay they’ll continue to be my shop, and the men i trust with my car!

Requested a quote on Yelp, took my car in and that was that. Very happy with the quick turnaround time and service provided. I went in for oil service and brake pads for my Audi allroad.
