Where to start, where to start. Let’s start off with the problem. My car had developed a leak that caused water to enter the car from the roof, fill part of the headliner with water, run down the pillar and fill the floor mat with water. My first stop was DK Automotive. They were infront and told me it would cost $150 to diagnose but if it wasn’t my sunroof drain, I would need to take it to Ford. I didn’t want to take a chance on the issue not being the sunroof drain so I took my car to All-Star Ford. They wrote me up for an estimate and never gave me a price. Before I left, I asked how much it would cost. Ford told me it would cost me $400 just to tear apart my car and check for a leak. I couldn’t afford $400 so I took my car back. Upon returning to DK Automotive, they were appalled at the amount Ford was charging me. I took the chance that my issue may have had nothing to do with the drains and allowed DK Automotive to look at my car. Within a few hours, I received a phone call that my car was done and I could pick it up. At this time, it looked like a drain clean was all I needed. It hasn’t rained since to see if this indeed was the fix. This shop has been repairing my family’s cars for a good 3-5 years. If I can help it, they are the business I take my cars to and I feel you should to!
