Very friendly staff. Can make appts on line. Updates and correspondence on email. Get a ride to home when car dropped off. Only drawback is they don't stay open on Sat.

Excellent customer service. My initial call with Justin was the deciding factor on why I chose D&K. The inspection report included pictures and a concise explanation of what needed to be done or could wait. I really appreciate the clarity and the step-by-step explanations and breakdown of the estimate. I am a customer for life!!

What a great surprise to see the new look of this shop. The service advisors are genuinely nicer and friendlier than the fake caring demeanor of most flight attendants and restaurant waiters. What’s more, they send you pictures and repair updates right to your mobile phone. The service advisors take time to explain using plain language what’s the problem with your vehicle. Justino, one of the service advisors, was kind enough to offer a courtesy replacement for my busted rear brake lights. (I hope his boss won’t read this review.) This is the place to bring your vehicles for any impossible repairs (maybe). We are lucky to have them close to our neighborhood.
