Excellent service overall. Mike, over the phone and on check-in was a pleasure to deal with. Door to door (to & from) shuttle service, like some dealers provide, was speedy and courteous. Thanks Joe. Clean & organized shop. Price was right. Honest assessment of problem. Didn't feel like I was taken advantage of, like with some repair shops. Free Courtesy Inspection revealed a developing problem that my Ford Dealer didn't find. A great experience. Would definitely recommend.

D & K Auto Repair was able to give me a timely appointment and had a friendly customer care driver to bring me home and pick me up. I received a very detailed inspection report of my car, including pictures through my email before I even got the call about the issue I brought the car in for. I loved the advanced technology that was used on my car including the photos taken with mini I-Pads upon arrival. The service writer, Justino was very friendly and gave detailed explanations of what was going on with my car and thoughts about what to do next. I will be returning and recommending this shop to my friends.

My 2016 Chevrolet Sonic is DOA and I got an estimate with many reassurances. One of which is what they won't do, because they cannot warrant their work. Select, perhaps... but honest. That is if you want shoddy work and wishy washy promises... this business is not for you. Forced my hand to get rid of a lemon car, to which I am grateful. I will be back... when my warranty expires or I purchase a used vehicle... Trustworthy, honest, clean, respectful... Don't believe me... just walk into the place... clean, organized, professional...
