Our 2010 Toyota Venza recently broke down off highway 4 on a rainy late Friday evening. We called AAA to have the vehicle towed. New to the area, have only had oil changes performed on our cars, nothing major. AAA recommended D&K. Although we had to wait until Monday for a diagnosis, Justin kept us informed throughout the process. The vehicle needed an alternator, and a coolant flush to get us back on the road. The repairs were done within the estimated time period, the repair cost was reasonable for the work done, and everyone at the shop we came in contact with were professional.
