Nice clean shop and easy to talk to service department. Thank you for helping my Mom means allot that the elderly are not taking advantage of, I saw they were kind and courteous.

I had a phone call with Mike who helped me without making an appointment.

From the phone call to make appointment to paying for my oil change, the guys were friendly and professional. I even got lost and had to call to ask which way on Lone Tree do I go. I was late and frustrated and they were helpful. I appreciated them being honest in telling me it could take an hour or more. It wasn’t as long as he told me but normally I’m told “ oh it’s less than an hour” and then I’m wondering what’s taking so long when my car isn’t ready. I like the way D&K showed me the things on my car that were good, needed looking at and needed repair now. They even email it to you. Very nice and clean inside. I recommend D&K for a good auto repair experience.

The guys were very nice and informative regarding my car. They didn’t try to force me to schedule more repairs that my car might need.

Excellent customer service first of all. The cleanliness of the facility was great. Mike took care of me at the front counter. They are very thorough, give a warranty on all their work, fair pricing and HONEST. I feel comfortable with sending my wife down there with our car and I know and trust that she will be treated fairly and with respect.They just gained a new customer I will be bringing all of our vehicles here for repairs. My 2007 suburban runs and feels great on the road now! Thanks guys!

Doug and Mike were true professionals to work with. Upon my arrival to the shop, I found it clean, organized, and transparent to the customer to see the care this place takes for their customers' vehicles.

Very helpful shop. Diagnosed my problem quick. Sent me texts(with pictures) on each specific part that was either damaged or old that needed replacement. Didn’t pressure me into anything.
